Here is a helpful list of GLQCS emails where staff can send forms and questions to:
Send in mandatory documents: hr@guardianlightcare.ca for example insurance, driver’s license, police clearances, external training certificates, etc.
Questions about schedules & holidays: Your Case Manager
Time off requests: hr@guardianlightcare.ca
Time sheets: To send the first week of the following month for the previous month’s work :Your Case Manager
GLQCS Policies & Procedures
Contact the Front Desk to access the Guardian Light Quality Care Services policy and procedure document. You may call 825 558 5113 to speak with someone at the front desk.
Statutory Holidays
Admin offices are closed, all GLQCS classes are cancelled, and day programs are cancelled on statutory holidays. Exception to this is when the staff is in a team in which Persons served require support on the statutory holiday.
